考核是干部人事部门实现科学选人用人的重要措施和必要途径,是干部工作的谋事之本,成事之道。近年来,各级党委和机关高度重视干部考核工作,在“先考核后使用”思想指导下,采取定期、随机、晋升考核的方式考核干部,取得了一定成效。但在考核的标准、内容、方法以及考核的评价和考核结果的运用上,仍不同程度地存在一些形式主义、官僚主义倾向。
Assessment is an important measure and necessary way for cadres and personnel departments to achieve scientific election and employment. In recent years, party committees and organs at all levels have attached great importance to the assessment of cadres.
