商业创新人才培养已经成为当前教育的一个重大课题。为培养商业创新人才,中国人民大学附属中学从中学生生活实际出发,结合课程建设和发展的特点,以选修课程为基础,以实践活动为平台,对高中商业创新人才培养模式进行了一些探索,构建了有效的培养模式。在课程建设方面,构建全面创新的课程体系;在师资队伍培养方面,培养多层次的师资队伍,改变传统课程的师生关系;在教学方式方面,将学习、体验和实践相结合;在评价方式方面,从注重终结性评价转变为更加注重过程性与终结性相结合,测试的多样化和灵活性是其重要的特征。
