现阶段农村经济比较落后,大多数家长迫于生计,背井离乡外出务工,对孩子的管理与教育就成了“盲区”。随着教育结构的调整,普通高校的升温,中考后半段考分的学生是中职学生的主要成分,这部分学生由于他们长期不受教师的重视,得不到关心,因而形成了一定的心理障碍,成了学习上、品德上的双差生,那么如何转化双差生就成了每个教师必须面对且不得不解决的问题。根据自己多年做班主任的经验,我认为教师要特别注意双差生的具体情况,让他们感受到集体的温暖,善待、关爱他们,用同学的友谊感染他们,用教育者的关心信任引导、激励他们,成功完成对双差生的转化,从而达到整体提高中职教育教学的质量的目的。
