目的:探讨水杨酸钠所导致高原地区耳鸣动物模型体内5-羟色胺(5-HT)浓度的变化。方法:将Wister大鼠随机分成腹腔内注射水杨酸钠诱导建立耳鸣组(n=10)和腹腔内注射生理盐水的空白对照组(n=10),利用高效液相色谱法测定大鼠血液中5-HT浓度的变化。结果:注射水杨酸钠组(350 mg/kg)血液中5-HT水平的显著升高,在给药后的2h升到最高,达到基础值得(168±14)%,给药后4小时恢复到基线水平,而生理盐水组未引起明显变化。结论:本研究表明耳鸣动物模型血液中5-HT水平的升高可能和耳鸣的产生有关。
Objective: To investigate the change of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in tinnitus animal model caused by sodium salicylate in the plateau. Methods: Wister rats were randomly divided into intraperitoneal injection of sodium salicylate to induce the tinnitus group (n = 10) and blank control group (n = 10), intraperitoneal injection of normal saline. The blood of rats was measured by high performance liquid chromatography In the 5-HT concentration changes. Results: The 5-HT level in the blood was significantly increased after injection of sodium salicylate (350 mg / kg), reaching the highest level at 2 hours after administration, reaching a basal value of (168 ± 14)%. After 4 hours Returned to baseline levels, while the saline group did not cause significant changes. CONCLUSIONS: This study shows that increased levels of 5-HT in the blood of tinnitus animal models may be related to tinnitus production.
