提出了一种数值计算带有各种结构机匣处理装置叶栅流场方法.采用圆柱坐标系下无粘定常方程组,以及参数周向平均的概念,推导出新的控制方程,在子午面上用有限元法进行了数值计算.选择3种典型结构的实壁机匣、周向槽处理机匣、轴向缝处理机匣为算例,并与稳态实验测量结果作定量对比,发现符合较好.为分析机匣处理的扩稳机理提供了理论基础,也为工程设计机匣处理装置提供了新的数值计算工具.
A method for numerical calculation of cascade flow field with casing casters with various structures was proposed. A new governing equation is deduced by using the non-viscous constant equations in the cylindrical coordinate system and the concept of the circumferential averaging of the parameters. Numerical calculations are carried out on the meridional surface using the finite element method. Three kinds of typical structures of solid wall casing, circumferential groove casing and axial joint casing were selected as an example, and compared with the steady-state experimental results for quantitative comparison, and found to be in good agreement. It provides a theoretical basis for analyzing the mechanism of casing stabilization and provides a new numerical calculation tool for engineering casing processing equipment.
