研究了磷和硼对 Inconel 718 合金持久和蠕变性能的影响。结果表明, 单独添加 002% 磷对性能明显有益, 单独提高硼含量至 001% 对性能有害, 复合添加磷和硼的效果最佳。磷和硼复合作用显著有益的原因在于磷与硼之间存在强烈有益的交互作用, 其机制可能与磷、硼和基体原子的晶界集团扩散有关。
The effects of phosphorus and boron on the permanent and creep properties of Inconel 718 alloy were investigated. The results showed that adding 0.02% phosphorus alone was obviously beneficial to the performance. Adding boron alone to 001% was harmful to performance, and the effect of compounding phosphorus and boron was the best. The reason that the combination of phosphorus and boron is remarkably beneficial is that there is a strong and beneficial interaction between phosphorus and boron, and the mechanism may be related to the diffusion of phosphorus, boron and matrix grain boundaries.
