由应用理科部物理系研制的“CF_1型数字式织物密度仪”前不久通过了吉林省教委主持的技术鉴定。这种仪器是一种光、机、电相结合的仪器,适用于纺织行业及其检验部门检测各种布的密度。它采用光学投影方法,将织物放大,通过空间滤波装置滤掉经(纬)线之一,产生对比度很高的明暗相间条纹,再通过数字电路对明暗条纹扫描,数字板上立即显示织物经(纬〕密度。
By the application of Science Department of Physics developed “CF_1 Digital Fabric Density Instrument” recently passed the Jilin Provincial Board of Education presided over the technical appraisal. This instrument is a light, mechanical, electrical combination of instruments for the textile industry and its testing department to detect the density of various cloth. It adopts optical projection method to enlarge the fabric, filter out one of the warp (weft) lines through a spatial filtering device to produce a light and dark stripe with high contrast, and then scan the light and dark stripes through a digital circuit, Latitude density.
