随着德育教育呼声的高涨,许多教育者开始关注起教育的重要内容——德育教育。德育教育在初中学生人格的塑造过程中起着重要作用,而且教育者不仅要教书,更重要的是育人。学校对人才的培养也应遵循“立人,成才”这一原则。作为一名初中班主任,我对学生的管理有着一定的见解,本文将结合我自身实践经历来分析初中班主任德育管理工作的实施策略。
With the rising of moral education, many educators began to pay attention to the important content of education - moral education. Moral education plays an important role in shaping the personality of junior high school students, and educators should not only teach, but more importantly, educate people. The school’s training of personnel should follow the principle of “establishing people, becoming talents”. As a junior high school teacher, I have a certain opinion on the management of students. This article will combine my own experience to analyze the implementation strategy of junior middle school teacher moral education management.
