设计了基于MK60FN1MOVLQ15的风力摆控制系统。利用MPU-6050陀螺仪精确测量风力摆倾角与角速度,并与目标控制量实时比较得到误差量,利用数字PID算法形成控制量,建立了典型运动规律的数学模型。通过L298N控制四个风扇的转向和转速,以形成不同的风向与风速,基于74HC244芯片组成升压隔离电路以提高系统稳定性。测试结果表明,系统具有较高的精度、较好的适应性和稳定性。
The wind pendulum control system based on MK60FN1MOVLQ15 is designed. The MPU-6050 gyroscope is used to measure wind angle and angular velocity accurately. The error is obtained by real-time comparison with the target control volume. The digital PID algorithm is used to form the control volume, and a mathematical model of typical motion law is established. By L298N four fans control the steering and speed to form different wind direction and wind speed, based on the 74HC244 chip boost isolation circuit to improve system stability. The test results show that the system has high accuracy, good adaptability and stability.
