本文在失效分析中,提出了单元的基本失效模式,耦合失效模式和诱发性失效的模式。在此基础上得出单向纤维复合材料的断裂机理。并得出单向纤维复合材料的断裂模型。这个模型的特点是免除了裂纹自相似扩展的限制。可以反映裂纹的实际扩展的方式。然后用系统逻辑图来表示断裂模型。可以看到这个模型应用起来具有很大的灵活性。并且很容易为系统逻辑图建立起相应的数学模型。最后为可靠性分析建立了断裂的初步统计准则,并讨论了试件截面尺寸,长度和纤维体积比的影响。
In the failure analysis, this paper presents the basic failure mode, coupling failure mode and induced failure mode. Based on this, the fracture mechanism of unidirectional fiber composites was obtained. The fracture model of unidirectional fiber composites was obtained. This model is characterized by the elimination of crack self-similar expansion of the restrictions. A way to reflect the actual expansion of the crack. Then use the system logic diagram to represent the fracture model. It can be seen that this model has great flexibility. And it is easy to set up the corresponding logic model for the mathematical model. Finally, a preliminary statistical criterion of fracture was established for the reliability analysis. The influence of cross section size, length and fiber volume ratio was discussed.
