本院神经科自1960年以来共收住58例,其中风湿性心脏病54例(93%),动脉硬化性心脏病4例(7%). 临床资料分析一、年龄、性别、发病季节及栓子来源本组男19例,女39例.发病年龄在50岁以下者37例(64%)50岁以上者21例(36%),最小的14岁,最大的73岁.并发动脉硬化性心脏病的4例,发病年龄在54岁到73岁之间(见表1).脑栓塞多发生于秋、冬季,其中40例(70%)是发于秋、冬季.
