玉米根系的吸收作用以及矿物养分在体内的运转,是玉米物质生产的基础,它关系到产量的高低。前人对此曾作了不少研究,然而,限于方法等原因,有些规律性问题提示得尚不够清楚,需要补充和论证。自同位素示踪在农业上应用以来,为深入开展这方面研究开拓了新的前景,提供了有力的测试手段。本试验,于1982~1983年利用~(32)P示踪法,通过土壤喂饲,茎部注射和涂抹叶片等方法,研究了春玉米(沈单三号)根系生育动态和吸收活力,研究了~(32)P在植株体内的运转和叶片的吸收作用。
The absorption of corn roots and the operation of mineral nutrients in the body are the basis of corn material production, which is related to the level of yield. Many scholars have made a lot of researches on this topic before. However, due to some reasons such as the method, some regularity problems are not yet clear enough and need to be supplemented and justified. Since the application of isotope tracer in agriculture, it has opened up new prospects for further research in this field and provided a powerful test method. In this experiment, the growth and dynamic of root system of spring maize (Shendan 3) were studied by using the method of ~ (32) P tracer from 1982 to 1983 by means of soil feeding, stem injection and leaf smear. ~ (32) P in the plant body operation and leaf absorption.
