颅内动脉瘤(IA)是遗传因素和环境因素共同作用的结果,与遗传基因、脑血流动力学因素、血管因素等相关。其中遗传因素主要涉及诸多新近发现的与IA相关的基因,其表达异常会导致局部血管壁产生不同形式的改变及破坏;持续的血流动力学作用使得血管壁生理结构紊乱,诱导血管壁瘤样变化;血管因素主要涉及炎性反应对血管壁的破坏,如血管内皮、细胞外基质及平滑肌层的完整性被破坏。
Intracranial aneurysms (IA) are the result of a combination of genetic and environmental factors and are associated with genetic factors, hemodynamic and vascular factors.
