在激烈的市场经济竞争中,按照计划经济方式经营的云南电力线路器材厂制杆车间生产的水泥电杆产品,已经不能适应市场经济竞争的需要,电杆产品销售率逐年下降,到1994年上半年出现了严重滞销,几乎接近“破产”的边缘。全厂上下无不为制杆车间的出路在议论,在担忧,在思考。经厂领导研究决定,由制杆车间实行“产、销经营承包”的办法试试看,能否扭转制杆车间的不利现状。
In the fierce market economy competition, the cement pole products produced by the pole making workshop of the Yunnan Electric Power Line Equipment Factory in accordance with the planned economy can no longer meet the needs of market economic competition. The sales rate of pole products has been declining year by year until 1994. There has been a serious slow-moving period in half a year, which is almost on the verge of “bankruptcy”.
