为了实现对蒸发浓缩过程中番茄酱液位的实时控制,设计了一种基于S7-300PLC的番茄酱液位控制系统,并利用组态王软件制作人机对话界面,实现对整个系统的远程实时监控。用户可以在监控界面中对液位高度和PID参数进行设定,还可以在上位机中浏览到液位的历史变化曲线及数据,并可通过在线调整现场相关参数实现对番茄酱液位的有效控制。
In order to realize the real-time control of tomato sauce liquid level in the process of evaporation and concentration, a tomato paste liquid level control system based on S7-300PLC was designed and the man-machine dialogue interface was created by Kingview software to realize the remote real-time monitor. Users can set the level of liquid level and PID parameters in the monitoring interface. You can also browse the historical curve and data of liquid level in the host computer, and can effectively control the liquid level of ketchup by online adjusting the relevant parameters in the field control.
