以“文图拉”和“日本小香芹”芹菜为试材,采用聚乙二醇6000(PEG)来引发芹菜种子,研究引发后芹菜种子的萌发和幼苗生长的状况,以探究引发对芹菜种子及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:PEG引发处理可以显著提高芹菜种子的发芽指数和活力指数,使得芹菜种子的发芽更加快速并且更加整齐,提高了种子的活力,显著性降低了芹菜种子浸出液电导率和相对电导率,降低了脱落酸(ABA)的含量,增加了油菜素内酯(BR)和玉米素(ZR)的含量;PEG引发可以促进芹菜幼苗的生长,提高了芹菜幼苗的叶面积、总根体积和地上部鲜重,显著性降低了芹菜幼苗中丙二醛(MDA)的含量,PEG引发显著性降低了“文图拉”芹菜中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,显著性降低了“日本小香芹”芹菜中过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。
