在本刊本期开始刊登的中华人民共和国史讲授提纲(初稿),是中国科学院河北省分院历史研究所组织编写的、参加编写的有历史研究所中国现代史研究室、中共天津市委中级党校、南开大学、天津师大、天津师院、天津建设学院和其他有关机关、学校的一些同志.这个讲授提纲(初稿)原是为供天津历史工作者讲授和研究“国史”的方便而起草的.我们认为,讲授和研究“国史”有着重大的政治意义,是史学界当前的艰巨任务,因此,经与原编者研究,先将这个提纲初稿在本刊发表,希望历史工作者能广泛地展开讨论,弄清一些基本的观点和方法,以便使我们能更好地进行有关“国史”的教学和研究?本刊将?续发表有关的讨论文章,希望大家踊跃来稿.
The Outline of the Teaching of History of the People’s Republic of China, published in the current issue of this issue, was prepared by the Institute of History, Hebei Provincial Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and participated in the preparation of the China Modern History Research Office of the Institute of History, the Party School of the CPC Tianjin Intermediate Committee, Nankai University, Tianjin Normal University, Tianjin Normal University, Tianjin Construction Institute and other relevant organs and schools.
