采用盐酸对玉米淀粉进行酸解降粘处理制备酸解淀粉(ACS)。以甲酰胺、乙酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和尿素为增塑剂,考察了它们对ACS与棉纤维间粘合强度的影响,评价了它们对粘合强度影响的优劣,探讨了相对影响效果最好酰胺基增塑剂品种用量对粘合强度的影响规律。结果表明,在相对干基ACS比均为10%(wt,质量分数,下同)条件下,4种酰胺基增塑剂均能够有效改善ACS与棉纤维间的粘合作用,其中甲酰胺对粘合强度的改善作用最好。随着甲酰胺对ACS用量的增加,粘合强度呈现先增大后降低的趋势,且甲酰胺对ACS比为10%左右时,粘合强度相对最好。
Hydrolysis starch (ACS) was prepared by acid hydrolysis and viscosity reduction of corn starch with hydrochloric acid. The effects of formamide, acetamide, N, N-dimethylformamide and urea on the bonding strength between ACS and cotton fiber were investigated. The influences of their bonding strength on the bonding strength were evaluated. The influence of the amount of amido plasticizers on adhesive strength was discussed. The results showed that the four kinds of amide-based plasticizers could effectively improve the adhesion between ACS and cotton fiber under the condition of 10% (wt, mass fraction) Adhesive strength to improve the best. With the increase of the amount of formamide on the ACS, the adhesive strength first increased and then decreased, and the formamide to ACS ratio of about 10%, the bonding strength is the best.
