目的对某选煤厂密度计放射工作场所辐射水平进行检测与分析,为做好辐射防护管理和保护放射工作人员的身体健康提供指导。方法按照国家标准的有关要求,使用便携式γ剂量率仪对密度计工作场所辐射水平进行检测。结果当源闸开启管道内无物料时,距密度计源容器表面10 cm和100 cm处周围剂量当量率范围分别为4.19~21.1μSv/h和0.30μSv/h~3.47μSv/h,距探测器表面5 cm处和100 cm处周围剂量当量率范围分别为11.8μSv/h~465μSv/h和0.53μSv/h~54.5μSv/h。结论当源闸开启管道内无物料时,部分密度计工作场所周围的剂量率水平较高,不符合国家标准的要求,应在不生产时及时关闭源闸,或远离密度计工作场所,以保护工作人员的身体健康。
Objective To detect and analyze the radiation level of the density meter in a coal preparation plant and provide guidance for the radiation protection and management and the protection of the radiological staff’s health. Methods According to the requirements of national standards, the portable γ dose rate meter was used to measure the radiation level in the work place of the densitometer. Results When the source gate was opened with no material in the pipeline, the equivalent dose rate ranged from 4.19 to 21.1μSv / h and 0.30μSv / h to 3.47μSv / h at 10 cm and 100 cm from the surface of the source of density meter, The equivalent dose rates at 5 cm and 100 cm at the surface ranged from 11.8 μSv / h to 465 μSv / h and from 0.53 μSv / h to 54.5 μSv / h, respectively. Conclusion When the source gate opens the pipe without material, some density meters around the workplace have high dose rates that do not meet the requirements of national standards. The source gates should be closed in time or away from the work place of the densimeter to protect Staff’s health.
