2003～2008年,我院共收治小儿急性肠套叠482例,其中408例患儿经空气灌肠复位成功,18例患儿因套叠时间较长,或因一般状况较差,高度腹胀而手术治疗成功,56例患儿因空气灌肠失败而行剖腹探查,在行剖腹探查时,发现1例患儿经空气灌肠后,已复位成功,无套叠,给患儿增加了极大的痛苦,教训深刻。1病例简介患儿,男,6个月,因阵发性哭闹10h,呕吐伴果酱样便数次入院,入院后查,一般状态欠佳,轻度脱水貌,腹平软,右上
