一、前言锌、镉镀层与某些有机材料一同存放,表面逐渐被腐蚀形成“白霜”.根据各工厂腐蚀试验的结果表明,黄腊绸、黄腊管、醇酸磁漆、酚醛磁漆、酚醛塑料、木材等对锌、镉镀层的腐蚀比较严重.据对上述材料挥发气氛的定性分析结果表明,对锌、镉镀层腐蚀最严重的黄腊管、黄腊绸、醇酸磁漆的挥发气氛中都含有甲酸,木材的挥发气氛中含有乙酸及微量甲酸.本文对上述材料挥发气氛的定性分析方法,气氛中甲酸、乙酸的定量分析方法进行了研究.
I. Preface Zinc and cadmium coatings are deposited together with certain organic materials and the surface is gradually eroded to form “white frost.” According to the corrosion test results of the factories, yellow wax, yellow wax tube, alkyd enamel, phenolic enamel, Plastic, wood and other corrosion of zinc and cadmium coating is more serious.According to the qualitative analysis of the material volatile atmosphere results show that the most corrosive zinc and cadmium coating yellow wax tube, yellow wax, alkyd enamel volatile atmosphere contains Formic acid, volatile wood containing volatile acetic acid and trace formic acid.This paper qualitative analysis of volatile materials in the above methods, quantitative determination of formic acid, acetic acid in the atmosphere were studied.
