企业文化对员工的思想和行为起着不可估量的引导、渗透、激励和凝聚作用,如何让员工能够自觉地去践行企业文化,有效地推动企业文化在班组落地生根、开花结果?笔者认为,从“明确一个中心、活用两种理论、关注三大内容、实施四个步骤、提升五项能力”入手,加强统一行为规范在班组员工中的落地是关键。本文以国网大庆供电公司开展统一行为规范在班组员工中的落地实践为例,重点阐述行为落地的方法。
