在分娩期子宫破裂为产科严重的并发症之一,它直接威胁母婴生命。现就我院1972～1990年间发生子宫破裂12例作回顾分析。1 临床资料1.1 原因与既往分娩关系发生年龄19～44岁。2例初产妇其余10例经产妇。1例为妊娠24周引产外,其余均为足月产。有过难产史者3例。因产科手术或催产素使用不当造成破裂者5例,子宫有过损伤或子宫有过手术史者4例(附表)
Uterine rupture during childbirth is one of the serious complications of obstetrics, which directly threaten the life of mother and baby. Now my hospital from 1972 to 1990 occurred in 12 cases of uterine rupture for retrospective analysis. 1 clinical data 1.1 causes and the occurrence of past childbirth age 19 to 44 years old. 2 cases of primipara and the remaining 10 cases of maternal. 1 case of induction of labor 24 weeks of gestation, the rest are full-term. There have been three cases of dystocia. 5 cases of rupture due to obstetric surgery or inappropriate use of oxytocin, 4 cases of uterine injury or history of uterine surgery (Schedule)
