上完一节课并不是教学任务的结束,教师不应失去深究课堂教学中得与失的机会。如果把教学中的成败得失及一些意想不到的问题好好思考一下,做个简要的整理归纳,对提高教师自身的素质是非常有益的。我在多年的教学工作中坚持写教后小结,使我从不会上课到能自由地驾驭一节课;从对教学工作生疏到日渐娴熟。只要坚持这样做,就有助于教学能力的提高,就能使自己在教育教学工作中顺利地进入“自由王国”。教后小结可作为教师再次备课的必要补充。诚然,教前备课是相当重要的,它可以根据教学目的和要求,精心设计课堂教学过程,以及教学过程中的各个环节,把握好教材的重点和难点,合理分配教学时间,这是上好一堂课的前提。可是,单有课前备课还是很不够的,因为整个课堂教学是极为生动、丰富的,是项十
