From September 19 to September 20, 2012, an international seminar on global value chain jointly organized by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the World Trade Organization, UNCTAD and OECD was held in Beijing. More than 300 representatives from experts and scholars from various countries and international organizations, government officials, relevant departments of the State Council, academic institutions and business circles attended the conference.
