第三航务工程局第二工程处在宝钢原料码头引桥墩台施工时,打破过去传统的老施工方法,在墩台大梁上采用了能适应长江口风大流急的施工条件,机械化施工程度高、速度快并能节省大量木材的大型吊挂式钢模。同时也成功地采用了预制钢筋骨架,水上混凝土搅拌船泵送混凝土施工等新工艺。现把钢模结构、制作与安装、技术经济效果说明如下:
