股骨粗隆间骨折是老年人髋部常见的骨折,选择治疗方法时,多从手术风险程度来考虑术式.我院于1993年8月至2002年8月,9年间共收治110例60岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折患者,均用单臂外固定架固定,效果满意,现报告如下.
