水稻机械化育插秧技术是采用规范化育秧、机械化插秧的水稻移栽技术,主要内容包括适合机械栽插要求的秧苗培育、插秧机的操作使用和大田管理农艺配套措施等。该技术是我国各地普遍应用的成功技术,采用该技术可减轻劳动强度,实现水稻生产的节本增收、高产稳产。目前,软盘育秧的成功应用为农机与农艺协调配合奠定了基础,可实现水稻育秧、栽插和田间管理等多项农机化作业,使水稻栽插具备了浅栽、宽行、窄株、定苗和定穴的特点,达到了水稻栽插“平、浅、匀、直、稳”技术要求。随着农业产业结构的不断调整,在各级政府对农业机械化的重视和农机购置补贴政策及范围的逐年扩大的情况下,农村耕地不断向农业公司、专业合作社和种粮大户转移,为水稻机械化生产提供了广阔前景。
