目的探讨子宫内膜癌的预后因素。方法分析 1 32例子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料 ,观察其临床特征、治疗方法、病理诊断等因素对子宫内膜癌患者预后的影响。结果总 5年生存率为71 .2 1 % ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ Ⅳ期患者的 5年生存率分别为 83.87%、6 1 .70 %和 2 0 .0 0 % ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的 5年生存率明显高于Ⅲ Ⅳ期 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 )。单纯手术组、手术 +放疗组、单纯放疗组、化疗组的 5年生存率分别为 70 .83%、77.78%、5 0 %和 34.6 2 % ,手术组和手术组 +放疗组的 5年生存率明显高于其它治疗方法组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 )。腺癌的 5年生存率明显高于其他类型癌 (P <0 .0 5 )。子宫肌层浸润深度 <1 / 2者可获得较高的生存率 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论临床分期、治疗方式、病理类型等是影响子宫内膜癌预后的重要因素 Objective To investigate the prognostic factors of endometrial cancer. Methods Clinical data of 132 patients with endometrial carcinoma were analyzed and their clinical characteristics, treatment methods, pathological diagnosis and other factors on the prognosis of patients with endometrial cancer were observed. Results The 5-year overall survival rate was 71.21%. The 5-year survival rates of patients in stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ Ⅳ were 83.87%, 61.7% and 20.0%, respectively The annual survival rate was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅲ Ⅳ (P <0.05, P <0.05). The 5-year survival rates were 70.83%, 77.78%, 50% and 34.6% in the surgery group, operation + radiotherapy group, radiotherapy alone group and chemotherapy group respectively. The 5-year survival rates Rate was significantly higher than other treatment groups (P <0.05, P <0.05). The 5-year survival rate of adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than other types of cancer (P <0.05). Myometrial invasion depth <1/2 can be a higher survival rate (P <0. 05). Conclusion Clinical stage, treatment mode and pathological type are the important factors affecting the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma
