在1台6缸增压中冷直喷柴油机上进行了柴油/甲醇组合燃烧(DMCC)台架试验,通过标定DMCC模式下的全工况喷醇脉谱,分析其在动力性不变的条件,经济性和排放特性的变化情况。并将DMCC模式应用到1辆牵引卡车上进行双燃料道路试验,监测其在不同路况下发动机的运行区域。结果表明:在保持车速不变的情况下,采用DMCC模式后油门开度会减小,最大可减小12.5%;在定点高速公路上采用DMCC模式后,车辆在空载和重载工况时油门开度分别减小了9.6%和8.9%,甲醇对柴油的平均替代率为29.23%,整车的燃油经济性提高了6.66%,其NOx和微粒排放也有所改善。
A diesel / methanol combined combustion (DMCC) bench test was carried out on a 6-cylinder turbocharged direct injection diesel engine. Through the calibration of the full-load alcohol injection spectrum under DMCC mode, , Economic and emission characteristics of the changes.
