以体育器械用Mg-Al-Sn合金为研究对象,通过控制轧制变形温度和轧制变形量,研究其轧制变形行为。结果表明,变形温度高于200℃时,合金发生动态再结晶,塑性得到明显改善。200℃是改善合金塑性的临界温度。
Taking the Mg-Al-Sn alloy for sports equipment as the research object, the rolling deformation behavior was studied by controlling the rolling deformation temperature and rolling deformation. The results show that when the deformation temperature is higher than 200 ℃, the alloy recrystallizes dynamically and the plasticity is obviously improved. 200 ℃ is to improve the plasticity of the alloy critical temperature.
