为改进可溶性SiO_2法测定掺加粉煤灰的硬化砂浆中水泥含量,成型了不同粉煤灰掺量的砂浆试样。基于温度对硬化砂浆结构和溶解度的影响以及粒径对测定结果干扰程度的分析,优化了测定掺加粉煤灰的硬化砂浆中水泥含量的可溶性SiO_2法,采用该测定方法后,硬化粉煤灰砂浆中水泥含量的相对误差绝对值可控制在5%以内,并且该方法能为掺加粉煤灰的硬化混凝土中水泥含量的测定提供参考。
In order to improve the content of cement in the hardened mortar blended with fly ash by the soluble SiO 2 method, mortar samples with different fly ash contents were formed. Based on the analysis of the effect of temperature on the structure and solubility of hardened mortar and the interference of particle size with the measured results, the soluble SiO_2 method for determining the content of cement in hardened mortar blended with fly ash was optimized. After this method, hardened fly ash The absolute value of the relative error of cement content in mortar can be controlled within 5%, and this method can provide reference for the determination of cement content in hardened concrete with fly ash.
