自1989年开始,笔者采用“一控二促三激素”的方法治疗12例单纯疱疹性深部溃疡型角膜炎(男4例、女8例,年龄7～51岁),均收到满意效果。“一控”是用病毒唑、聚肌胞和吗啉胍,分别采取静注、肌注和滴眼的方式给药,以期在病灶周围建立一较为有效的“抗病毒堤”。“二促”是指在应用上述药物的第2～3天,用1%～2%碘酊涂擦溃疡表面。因碘离子有清洁溃疡表面、降低病灶炎症反应、刺激上皮细胞再生的作用。
Since 1989, the author has adopted the “one control two pro-three hormones” method of treatment of 12 cases of herpes simplex ulcer keratitis (4 males and 8 females, aged 7 to 51 years), have received satisfactory results. “One Control” is the use of ribavirin, polymyosine and morpholine guanidine, respectively, by intravenous, intramuscular and eye drops to be administered, in order to establish a more effective around the lesion “anti-virus embankment.” “Promote two” refers to the application of the drug 2 to 3 days, with 1% to 2% iodine tincture of ulcer surface. Due to iodine ions have a clean surface of the ulcer, reduce the inflammatory response of the lesion, stimulate the role of epithelial cell regeneration.
