研制了一种信号发生器,介绍了该系统的软硬件设计,主控芯片为FPGA单元EP1C3T144C8用以产生方波信号、缺齿方波信号和占空比可调方波信号,并进行步进电机驱动;液晶显示模块用来显示信号类型和频率,并通过按键模块进行模式切换和调频。试验结果表明,该装置实现输出0.05~2.4 kHz可调的标准方波,0.05~25 kHz可调的X-2缺齿方波(X值可调),0.05~2.4 kHz可调的占空比10%~99%可调的方波,以及控制驱动步进电机等功能。该装置已经过测试,能够很好在实验室内进行虚拟车辆的环境下运行,大大方便了汽车诊断和实验,降低成本。
A signal generator is introduced and the hardware and software design of the system is introduced. The main control chip is the FPGA unit EP1C3T144C8, which is used to generate square wave signal, missing tooth square wave signal and duty cycle adjustable square wave signal, Motor drive; LCD module used to display the signal type and frequency, and through the key module for mode switching and FM. The experimental results show that the device can output a standard square wave of 0.05-2.4 kHz, an adjustable square wave of X-2 with adjustable 0.05-25 kHz (adjustable X value), a duty cycle of 0.05-2.4 kHz 10% ~ 99% adjustable square wave, and control the drive stepper motor and other functions. The device has been tested and can run well in the virtual vehicle environment in the laboratory, which greatly facilitates the diagnosis and experiment of the vehicle and reduces the cost.
