车削螺纹采用中慢速切削,效率低,劳动强度大,而且不易掌握。随着硬质合金刀具的发展,高速车削螺纹已开始应用。但是,高速车削螺纹的关键是快速停刀。针对高速车削螺纹停刀难的问题,我们设计了“自动停刀装置”,如图2所示。多年的使用实践证明,这种装置安全可靠,易操作,并可多工序应用(车外圆、端面、车槽)。加工零件光度可达▽7,精度二级。比中慢速切削提高工效5倍以上,(见图1)而且随着螺纹长度的增加,提高的倍数更大。
Turning thread used in the slow cutting, low efficiency, labor-intensive, but not easy to grasp. With the development of carbide cutting tools, high-speed turning thread has begun to be applied. However, the key to high-speed turning is rapid stop. For high-speed turning difficult to stop the thread, we designed the “automatic stop device”, as shown in Figure 2. Years of proven practice, this device safe, reliable, easy to operate, and can be applied to multiple processes (car round, face, car slot). Machined parts luminosity up to ▽ 7, accuracy of two.
