体育改革与发展离不开法制的推进和保障,我国体育法规建设仍需加快步伐,坚持依法治体,加强体育法规建设,是我国体育改革与发展的一项主要任务。本文采取文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑推理法,针对我国现行体育法规建设的现状这一研究目标,重点分析了我国现行体育法规建设的现状,探讨了我国现行体育法规建设中出现的问题,并就我国现行体育法规建设中出现的问题具体提出了几点建议。
Sports reform and development are inseparable from the promotion and guarantee of the legal system. Our country’s sports laws and regulations still need to be accelerated. To uphold the rule of law and strengthen the construction of sports laws and regulations are one of the major tasks for the reform and development of our country’s sports. In this paper, the literature, data statistics, logical reasoning method, in view of the status quo of China’s current sports laws and regulations of the research objectives, focusing on analysis of the status quo of China’s current sports laws and regulations, to explore China’s current sports laws and regulations in the emergence of problems, And put forward some suggestions on the problems that appear in the current sports laws and regulations in our country.
