岩坦镇罗垟村有个美丽的名字——“温州香格里拉”。因为地处楠溪江源头,境内有一条原生态的大峡谷,水秀胜九寨,曾被评为中国十大精品探险路线之一。然而在2006年7月,一场大火,将村里的60幢古宅烧为灰烬。县政府提议罗垟村整村搬迁,沿江安置。但看到旅游商机,村民拒绝了这个提议,要求在废墟上重建家园。经多次研究和村民代表商讨后,县里同意启动罗垟村灾后重建工作,并给予最大的政策和资金支持,县、镇两级政府相继成立协调指导小组。
Rock Yan Town Village has a beautiful name - “Wenzhou Shangri-La.” Because it is located in the source of Nanxi River, there is an original ecological Grand Canyon, Shuixiu wins Jiuzhaigou, was named one of China’s top ten boutique exploration routes. However, in July 2006, a large fire burned 60 old houses in the village to ashes. The county government proposed that Luo village should be relocated and resettled along the river. However, seeing the tourist business opportunities, the villagers rejected the proposal and demanded that they rebuild their homes on the rubble. After many studies and discussions with villagers’ representatives, the county agreed to start the post-disaster reconstruction of Luojian Village and given the greatest policy and financial support. The government at both county and township levels successively set up coordination steering groups.
