紫外线对沥青性质有明显影响,而纳米TiO2具有独特的紫外线屏蔽能力,可以尝试用于提高沥青抗紫外线的能力。将纳米TiO2掺入沥青,通过紫外线老化前后的针入度、延度和软化点试验,分析了纳米TiO2及其掺量对沥青抗紫外线老化能力的影响。试验得出,在沥青中掺入纳米TiO2后,紫外线老化后的针入度有所减小,延度明显减小,软化点提高,针入度指数的增大幅度降低,但针入度和延度损失率均降低;存在纳米TiO2最佳掺量(0.3%)。结果表明,纳米TiO2可以提高沥青的抗紫外线老化能力,但应考虑与其他材料复合掺配。
UV has a significant impact on the nature of the asphalt, and nano-TiO2 has a unique UV shielding ability, you can try to improve the ability of asphalt UV resistance. The nano-TiO2 was incorporated into bitumen. The penetration, ductility and softening point test before and after UV aging were used to analyze the influence of nano-TiO2 and its content on the anti-UV aging ability of asphalt. The results showed that after the nano-TiO2 was added into the asphalt, the penetration after ultraviolet aging decreased, the ductility decreased obviously, the softening point increased and the penetration index decreased, but the penetration and Ductile loss rate are reduced; there is the best dosage of nano-TiO2 (0.3%). The results show that nano-TiO2 can improve the anti-ultraviolet aging ability of asphalt, but should be considered with other materials.
