目的:对草血竭的化学成分进行分离及鉴定。方法:采用90%乙醇回流提取,利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、大孔树脂等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,采用质谱、核磁共振等波谱方法对分得的化合物进行化学结构鉴定。结果:从草血竭乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:绿原酸乙酯(1)、绿原酸甲酯(2)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(3)、(-)-表儿茶素(4)、paleaceolactoside(5)、原儿茶酸(6)、山柰酚(7)、没食子酸(8)、绿原酸(9)、异槲皮苷(10)。结论:其中,化合物1、3、6、7、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify the chemical components of Radix Astragali. Methods: 90% ethanol was extracted by reflux and purified by column chromatography using silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, macroporous resin and so on. The chemical structures of the obtained compounds were identified by mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance and other spectroscopic methods. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of S. japonicus and identified as ethyl chlorogenic acid (1), methyl chlorogenic acid (2), kaempferol-3-O-α-L- (-) - epicatechin (4), paleaceolactoside (5), protocatechuic acid (6), kaempferol (7), gallic acid (8), chlorogenic acid (9), isoquercitrin (10). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1, 3, 6, 7 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
