过去的2003年度,青岛市区经济继续保持高速增长态势,居民对住宅消费需求持续强劲,市内四区房地产交易市场旺盛,成交量价齐升。据统计,全年共受理各类房地产交易和权属登记76945户,比2002年增44%;面积1136.42万平方米,同比增长49%;交易金额223.79亿元,同比增长52%。市民个人购房消费已成为房地产市场主流。房地产业在拉动内需,促进国民经济增长,改善居民居住务件等方面成效显著,标志着全市房地产市场正走向成熟、健康、快速发展阶段。
In the past 2003, Qingdao’s urban economy continued to maintain its rapid growth. Residents’ demand for residential consumption continued to be strong. The real estate market in the four districts of the city was strong with volume and price going up. According to statistics, a total of 76,945 real estate transactions and ownership registrations were accepted in the year, 44% more than in 2002; an area of 11,364,200 square meters increased by 49% over the same period of last year; the transaction value was 22.279 billion yuan, an increase of 52% over the same period of last year. Consumer purchase of individual housing has become the mainstream real estate market. The real estate industry has made remarkable achievements in boosting domestic demand, promoting national economic growth and improving residential housing. This marks that the real estate market in the city is approaching a mature, healthy and rapid development stage.
