基于基因枪设计的两阶段引射器的数值模拟

为了设计一种新型基因枪,将基因疫苗导入人体表皮细胞,提出采用两阶段引射器的设计方案.采用可压缩的轴对称N-S方程和基于无结构网格的有限体积法,利用Spalart-Allmaras湍流模型,对该引射器进行了数值模拟,很好地描述了各种压力条件下引射器内部和外部流动状况和获得超音速的条件.数值模拟结果同模拟实验吻合较好.研究结果表明:两阶段引射器结构既便于基因微粒的引入,又可以使微粒达到超音速,满足微粒射击靶细胞的速度要求,是设计基因枪的可行方案.
