端粒长度和端粒酶活性的变化与细胞增殖、衰老密切相关,同时冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病及相关危险因素也伴随相应的端粒和端粒酶变化。提示端粒和端粒酶在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发生、发展中可能发挥一定的作用。
Telomere length and telomerase activity changes are closely related to cell proliferation and senescence. Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and related risk factors are also associated with telomere and telomerase changes. Tip telomere and telomerase in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease may play a role in the development.
