通过在25℃恒温条件下的饲养观察,组建桔全爪螨实验种群的生命表,使用多列矩阵模型描述了种群的年龄一虫态结构,并计算出反映种群增长动态的几个重要参数,即内禀增长能力(r_m)、净繁殖率(R_o)、世代平均历期(T)、周限增长率(λ)结果表明,利用生命生殖力表计算得到的种群参数值与利用多列矩阵模型计算得到的种群参数值很接近,由此可见,应用多列矩阵模型描述桔全爪螨种群的增长动态是成功的。
The life table of the experimental population of P.japonicus was established by feeding observation under the constant temperature of 25 ℃. The population-age structure of the population was described by using the multi-column matrix model, and several important parameters reflecting the population growth dynamics were calculated. (R_m), net reproduction rate (R_o), average generation period (T), and growth rate of peripheral growth period (λ) showed that the population parameter values calculated by using the feminine reproductive force table were significantly different from those using multi-row matrix The values of the population parameters calculated by the model are very close. It can be seen that the application of multi-column matrix model to describe the growth dynamics of the population of P. militaris is successful.
