1995年12月23～26日在北京召开了铁路通信网发展暨“九五”规划研讨会,铁道部有关司局、铁路局、设计、科研、教育、工业等30多个单位的专家、教授、工程技术人员百余人参加了会议。研讨会期间有20多位专家、教授宣讲了关于发展铁路通信网的政策、方针、措施,信息高速公路、多媒体通信,数据通信,电话交换,无线通信,专用通信、传输线路及维护等方面的论文。
On December 23-26, 1995, Beijing held a seminar on the development of railway communications networks and the Ninth Five-Year Plan. Experts and professors from more than 30 agencies including the Bureau, Railway Administration, Design, Research, Education and Industry of the Ministry of Railways More than 100 engineers and technicians attended the meeting. During the seminar, there were over 20 experts and professors who preached the policies, guidelines and measures for the development of railway communication networks, information superhighways, multimedia communications, data communications, telephone exchanges, wireless communications, special communications, transmission lines and maintenance paper.
