1 Research Background In the early 21st century, China became the only country in the world with more than 100 million people over the age of 60 with the largest elderly population in the world. With the growing economic life of people, the demand of the elderly for high-quality aged care services is increasing. However, the old model of the aged industries is lagging behind and the service facilities are not up to standard. All these make the contradictions of the social issue of pension increasingly prominent.
