使用溶胶凝胶法制备了M型和W型六角铁氧体,测量了铁氧体、短切碳纤维复合材料在Ku波段的电磁参数,并计算了层厚为2mm的单层和双层复合材料反射率。结果表明,添加了碳纤维的M型铁氧体吸波性能得到明显改善;W型铁氧体复合材料反射率在-10dB以下的有效带宽达到4.1GHz,具有较好的吸收性能;而以W型铁氧体作为内层,含碳纤维的M型铁氧体复合材料作为外层,并且层厚都为1mm的双层复合材料吸波性能优良,反射率在-10dB以下的有效带宽为3.2GHz,最大吸收处位于12.7GHz处,反射率约为-22.0dB,具有一定的实用前景。
