一、1991年12月25日,第三次《国外科技政策与管理》编委会,在中国科学院文献情报中心举行。出席会议的有本刊顾问乌家培,主编史鉴,副主编刘泽芬、韩盛芬,在京编委王兴成、贡光禹、蒋国华、阮祖启、徐芳玉、杨志勋、张晶、方新、屈志强,中国科学院文献情报中心编辑出版部孙秀芬,以及编辑部全体同志。本刊顾问张登义、杨沛霆,副主编孔德涌、孟广镔,编委杨安仙,外地编委曾德聪、姜振寰等因故未能出席会议,但都打电话或写信祝贺会议成功,杨安仙同志还托专人带来书面发言。
First, December 25, 1991, the third “foreign science and technology policy and management” editorial board, held in the Chinese Academy of Sciences Document Information Center. Attending the conference were Wu Jiapei, editor of the journal, Shi Jian and associate editor Liu Zefen and Han Shengfen, editors from Beijing Wang Xingcheng, Gong Guangyu, Jiang Guohua, Ruan Zuqi, Xu Fangyu, Yang Zhixun, Zhang Jing, Fang Xin, QU Zhiqiang, Chinese Academy of Sciences Sun Xiufen, editor and publisher of the center, and all the editors of the editorial department. Counselor Zhang Dengyi, Yang Pei Ting, associate chief editor Kong Deyong, Meng Guangtao, editor Yang Anxian, foreign editors Zeng Decong, Jiang Zhenhuan and others failed to attend the meeting for some reason, but they both called or wrote a letter to congratulate the success of the meeting. Comrade Yang Anxian also commissioned a special belt Speak in writing.
