采用中子活化、电镜扫描,电子探针、光谱分析等现代测试手段,对冷压焊及各种压焊接头界面原子的扩散行为进行了大量的试验测定,得到“冷压焊过程中不存在异种金属间原子相互扩散行为”的结论.提出“原子扩散并不是一切焊接过程中的必然行为”的理论观点.指出冷压焊属晶间结合形式的金属键合.根据上述观点实现了非共格金属间及液、固相不相溶金属间的对接冷压焊.从理论和实践上扩大了金属的可焊范围.本文还对实行过热时效的各种冷压焊接头界面原子扩散行为进行了测定,揭示出它们的扩散规律.
