研究了硫酸三烷基苄基铵从H_2SO_4溶液中萃取Re(Ⅶ)的性能。其萃取率与酸度有关。饱和法和等摩尔系列法得到,在pH=5~6时萃合物组成为[R_1(R_2)_3N]_4(ReO_4)_2SO_4,紫外可见和红外光谱表明萃合物为离子缔合物。制得的萃合物室温放置10天分解为R_1(R_2)_3NReO_4和[R_1(R_2)_3N]_2SO_4,在pH<2时,萃合物为[R_1(R_2)_3NReO_4。证实在酸性条件下硫酸三烷基苄基铵萃取Re(Ⅶ)为阴离子交换机理,并提出了不同酸度下的萃取反应方程式。
The extraction of Re (Ⅶ) from H_2SO_4 solution by trialkylbenzylammonium sulfate was studied. The extraction rate and acidity. Saturation method and equimolar series method. The complex was composed of [R_1 (R_2) _3N] _4 (ReO_4) _2SO_4 at pH = 5 ~ 6. The UV - vis and IR spectra showed that the complex was an ion - association complex. The obtained extract was decomposed into R_1 (R_2) _3NReO_4 and [R_1 (R_2) _3N] _2SO_4 at room temperature for 10 days, and the extract was [R_1 (R_2) _3NReO_4 at pH <2. It is confirmed that Re (Ⅶ) is an anion exchange mechanism under the condition of trialkylbenzylammonium sulfate in acid condition, and the extraction reaction equation under different acidity is proposed.
