一、前言目前国内用于机床控制的经济型数控系统绝大多数是在TP801单板机结构的基础上改装的。由于CPU要担负显示刷新,键盘扫描等工作,因而使系统不能承担较为复杂的运算和控制。而我厂研制的MCS-03四坐标微机控制系统在硬件和软件上都作了很大的改进。硬件上该系统采用INTEL8279做为显示/键盘接口,担负全部显示刷新和键值输入工作。CPU采用4MHz的Z-80A,提高了运算速度。结构上采用模块化设计,便于维修并可组合成多种系统。软件上采用数据预处理先于插补进行的
I. Introduction At present, the vast majority of economic numerical control systems used for machine tool control in China are based on the structure of TP801 single-board machine. As the CPU to take on the display refresh, keyboard scanning and other work, so that the system can not afford more complicated operations and control.
